SUMMARY:2026 Scholarship Application Information
DESCRIPTION:This year CCVCA will award 1-year\, non-renewable scholarship(s) to graduating high school senior(s) whose parent or guardian is a current 2026 member of the civic association by the application deadline. The Paul A. Maltagliati Memorial College Scholarship is awarded based on academic achievement\, participation in school and community activities\, a short essay\, and a personal interview. The Scholarship Application provides more details about the process and required documentation. Please contact Scholarship Chairperson Greg Rheault at CCVCAscholarshipchair@gmail.com (with “CCVCA Scholarship” in the subject line) regarding the application\, selection process\, and the overall scholarship program. \nAll CCVCA 2026 graduating seniors are eligible to apply—regardless of high school attended or home-schooled—who are enrolling in a 4-year college/university\, 2-year college\, or trade or technical training. The online Scholarship Application must be submitted no later than April 10. During April 13-18\, each applicant will have an interview with the Scholarship Committee. Scholarship recipient(s) will be selected and then announced at the CCVCA General Membership Meeting on April 23\, 2026. \nThe dollar amount and the number of scholarships awarded varies depending on the funds available that year. Contributions are made by CCVCA members on the annual Membership Application and those attending events such as the Ice Cream Social.
