2025 CCVCA Membership Application

Please fill in and submit this membership application online, then immediately pay your dues via PayPal (using a PayPal account or a debit/credit card). Membership information is requested for your entire household. It will appear in the 2025 CCVCA Directory unless you choose to exclude some or all the information in the Membership Directory section below. Only 2 adult members are listed in the directory. Each household receives one copy.

  • Annual Membership Dues and Voluntary College Scholarship Fund Donation

    CCVCA membership is optional and thus relies on residents to willingly pay dues of $20 in support of annual programs and recurring operating expenses. The proposed budget is reviewed each year at the Fall General Membership Meeting. Many neighbors also choose to support the Paul A. Maltagliati Memorial College Scholarship Fund, awarded annually to one or more CCV graduating high school seniors whose family is a current member of the civic association.
  • CCVCA is a 501(c)4 and donations to the scholarship fund are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
