- If submitting a paper Membership Application and you would like to pay dues via PayPal (using a PayPal account or a debit/credit card), please use the DONATE button below. However, we ask that you add an additional $1.00 to your payment to cover PayPal’s transaction fee. NOTE: the paper form must be submitted separately via email, U.S. mail, or giving to your Block Captain.
