This event will occur the last Saturday of every month!

Free Share Saturday is a monthly opportunity to part with items no longer wanted or needed and to share with your Country Club View neighbors! Just set your items outside near your driveway or curb. Put the Free Share Friday sign by the items and in clear view for people walking or driving through the neighborhood.

Please promptly remove any items that aren’t scooped up by the end of the day. The GreenDrop trailer located in the rear plaza of University Mall is a convenient way to donate your unclaimed freebies!

How to Participate if NOT a Facebook Member: 

If you intend to participate on a Saturday, please complete the Free Share Saturday form by the Friday before the event to be included as a destination on the Facebook list of participants. Note: You may still participate if you do not submit this form, but only by submitting a form will you receive a sign — currently 25 available on first come-first served basis.

How to Participate on Facebook:

If you are a member of  the Country Club View Fairfax Residents Facebook page, then snap a picture or two of your items and post in the event discussion for that specific Saturday. Be sure to include your address so it can be added to the event participants list (addresses posted NLT Friday noon will be included)! It’s that easy!

  • In the comments section for that specific date post your address and a picture of your items (recommended but not required).
  • Get a round FSS sign to put in your yard by completing the Free Share Saturday form or contacting Kellie Quartana on Facebook.
