The CCVCA annual spring community yard sale will take place on Saturday, May 6, with advertised hours from 8:00 am to noon. Participating households are encouraged to get their stuff set out early and it’s at their discretion when to pack up for the day. Put out a decorative sign, attach balloons to your mailbox, or display a box of free items to attract buyers to stop and shop! If you intend to host a yard sale, please complete the CCVCA Yard Sale Map form by Wednesday, May 3, to be included as a destination on the map. Country Club View has an annual community yard sale in the spring (April/May). The CCVCA selects and promotes the date. Residents individually host their own yard sales or may combine items with other neighbors. Several signs announcing the yard sale are placed at entrances to CCV and around the neighborhood to generate more publicity and increase sales. The community yard sale has been a very successful event in past years. It is a great opportunity to de-clutter and to make usable clothing and household items available to others. All CCV residents are welcome to participate, but if you are not already a member of the civic association we encourage you to join as dues support this event.
