CCVCA 2024 MEMBERSHIP DRIVE
Every Address a Success!
Dear Neighbor,
As we reflect on this past year it is wonderful to see our community continue to shine. A recent Neighborhood Scout report describes Country Club View as a “combination of top public schools, low crime rates, and owner-occupied single-family homes giving this area the look and feel of a ‘Leave it to Beaver’ episode.” It also notes that “demand for real estate in Country Club View is above average for the U.S.” What the report doesn’t fully recognize is that we also have a thriving community of wonderful and engaged neighbors.
In 2023 our Country Club View Civic Association (CCVCA) membership included 242 (of 470+ total) households — our goal is to reach even higher neighbor participation this year! We invite all of you to renew your membership or join anew by selecting Join/Renew from the menu bar to securely complete your application online.
Please know that all the dues and fundraising collected throughout the year go directly back into our community supporting a full calendar of social events, the Neighborhood Watch program, our annual Paul A. Maltagliati Memorial College Scholarship awarded each spring to a deserving high school graduate from CCV, and more as listed below. All of this is brought to life through the engagement and volunteer leadership of neighbors like you!
On behalf of the CCVCA Board of Directors, we pledge to continue to support and serve our fellow residents as we have since our founding over 40 years ago. Please remember to submit your annual membership and join us for what is looking to be an even brighter 2024!
Marc Tang
CCVCA President
Whether you are renewing your commitment or are considering joining for the first time, please take a moment now to securely submit your 2024 CCVCA Membership Application and pay $20 annual dues via PayPal. (What a deal!) Many also choose to support the Paul A. Maltagliati Memorial College Scholarship Fund awarded each spring to a deserving CCV graduate.
The Civic Association seeks to improve our neighborhood through volunteer work performed by its members and monetary donations. CCVCA participation is optional and thus relies on residents to willingly pay a $20 membership fee (unlike Home Owners Associations that require mandatory fees and adherence to rules and regulations). The CCVCA’s primary objectives include preserving the quality of our neighborhood and surrounding areas, as well as promoting the safety, security, and civic spirit of Country Club View. Information provided by the association is one of the best ways to find out what is going on locally in the neighborhood, at school, and with businesses. The Board and Committee Chairs also have contact with county representatives and government agencies in the metropolitan area to keep up with current events that directly affect our community.
Dues go directly to the membership benefits shown below and brought to life by the volunteer leadership of neighbors like you!
