Come see the SHEEP grazing in the park!

Planning Meeting on July 27!

Lots of booths for attendees to visit as well as a few new ones. There will also be the popular gift baskets raffle — a record-breaking 62 will be on display this year! Get there early to buy tickets. Bring cash or check. Proceeds support the CCVCA Paul Maltagliati Memorial College Scholarship program!

There will be 20 family-friendly activities including SHEEP grazing in the park. The Plant Stand is your place to share ideas and learn about using Native Plants in your garden! Check out the Mustang cars on display, spin the prize wheel, do the cake walk, get your face painted, and enjoy scoops of ice cream!

Don’t forget to bring books for the Book Nook and donations for local food pantries and the Homeward Trails Animal Rescue!

This annual social event provides a great opportunity for our neighborhood families and friends to come together and support our community! Neighbors generously contribute to the annual CCVCA scholarship program through the gift basket raffle. Donations of non-perishable food items for the food pantries and supplies for the Homeward Trail Animal Rescue also are collected at the Book Nook for local distribution.

All CCV residents are welcome to participate, but if you are not already a member of the civic association we encourage you to join as dues support this event. If you are interested in being on the Events Committee, please Contact Us!

At the 8th Annual Ice Cream Social, held on September 18, 2022, all were enthralled by the alpacas. They also came to the 9th Annual Ice Cream Social that was held in conjunction with the Halloween festivities in October 2023.

The CCVCA 6th Annual Ice Cream Social (for 2020 renamed “Anti-Social”) was held on Sunday, September 20, at our own Country Club View Park! CCV volunteers and neighbors followed COVID guidelines by wearing masks, social distancing, and walking along a directional path to all the booths. Everyone enjoyed the GAMES (free throws and cupcake walks on the basketball court) and CRAFTS (rock and mask decorating by the tennis court). The Book Nook and the Plant Exchange had lots of donations as well as appreciative recipients of the free items. The popular Roaming Coyote Grille food truck was onsite. There were popsicles and Italian ice this year instead of serving ice cream cones, and neighbors donated individually wrapped baked goodies.
